Terms of Service for restoriva

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern use of the website restoriva at Villa 56B, Street 4, Al Barsha 1, Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All services, digital products, and goods are subject to these terms. Effective 2025.

2. Services

Sanatorium-style senior stays with wellness routines and assisted care are arranged through restoriva. Payment is due at time of booking. Guests may cancel a service at least 30 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, early departure, or no-show are not eligible for a refund. Guests may request to transfer their reservation to a future date, subject to availability and at least 14 days notice. Any request to transfer within 14 days of arrival will require payment of applicable rate differences.

3. Information Products

Digital guides, courses, and other informational offerings are available for purchase on restoriva. Customers may request a refund of an information product within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Requests for a refund must be submitted via our contact form. No transfers are permitted for digital products once delivered.

4. Goods

Physical items such as wellness kits and branded merchandise may be purchased on restoriva. Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. swaps for a different size or item are available upon request, subject to availability. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed by crediting the original payment instrument within 10 business days of approval. To initiate a refund, please contact us using the contact form or by phone at +971544897036. Refund eligibility is determined according to the service, product, or good purchased and the specific conditions outlined in sections 2, 3, and 4 above. Where no refund is allowed, this is stated explicitly in the relevant section.

6. Amendments

restoriva reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to restoriva. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
